STUDIO IGNITE
The  program  structure  consists  of:
●  8 minutes of warm‐up (Two four‐minute
blocks  focusing  on  tissue  work  and 
dynamic  movement)
●  32 minutes of work (participants  divide 
evenly  across  four  training  zones  and 
​complete  two  blocks back‐to‐back  before  transitioning  to  the  next  zone.  Two  zones  are  HIIT  cardio  and  two  are  functional strength).
●  8 minutes of cool‐down (Two  four‐minute  blocks  focusing  on  flexibility  and  tissue  work)

STUDIO OPTIMIZE
The  program  structure  consists  of:
●  8 minutes of warm‐up (Two four‐minute

●  8 minutes of balance  (Two  four‐minute 
blocks  focused  on  balance  &  proprioception) 
●  16 minutes of strength  and cardio  blocks 
(Four  blocks  of  four  minutes  each,  two 
focused  on  strength and  two  focused  on 
​cardio  +  strength)
​●  8 minutes of cool down (Two four‐minute  blocks  focused  on  flexibility  and  tissue  work)

​pounding cardio workout for strength and conditioning


STUDIO LEAN
This workout  structure  consists  of:
●  8 minutes of warm‐up (Two four‐minute  blocks  focusing  on  tissue  work  and  dynamic  movement. The  dynamic  movement  block  is  always  bodyweight  only  so  all  exercisers  can  follow  the  coach  to perform  the  same  exercise  at  the  same  time.  This  increases  time  in  movement.)
​●  12 minutes of cardio  (Participants  divide  evenly  across  three  training  zones  to  complete  one  block  at each  zone  before  transitioning  to  the  next  zone.)
●  24 minutes of strength  (Participants  divide  evenly  across  three  training  zones  to  complete  one  block of  strength  at  each  zone  before  transitioning  to  the  next  zone.  Participants  rotate  through  the  circuit two  times.)
●  ​8 minutes of cool‐down (Two  four‐minute  blocks  focusing  on  flexibility  and  tissue  work.)
