What are Spin® classes good for?
Spinning® not only strengthens your body's muscles, it also tones them. Regular spin classes will increase the muscle definition in your legs and core, which is working to keep your body upright. Overtime, your endurance and fitness level will improve. Aim to ride 20% of the time at a higher intensity and 80% of the time at a moderate intensity.
Riding is great for beginners and veterans. Aim to complete at least 3 live spin classes per week if possible. And don't forget to fuel your body for the ride.
