WOW (Workout of the Week)
  • A signature Surge class based on the HIIT/Circuit concept moving from station to station
  • Easy to follow but challenging movements. All entirely led by certified Surge Coaches.
  • This workout is designed specifically to burn calories and increase endurance with a perfect mix of strength, cardio and endurance. 
For all fitness levels as this class encompasses the "mild to wild" concept. (45 min)

Surge Ignite
  • This class will really get you going with bursts of energy to build your endurance.
  • With interval training, enjoy four different zones focused on providing the ultimate strength and cardio workout we offer in a condensed amount of time.
  • Get ready to see results as this class is designed to kick your metabolism into the stratosphere!

Power Yoga
As the name suggests, Power Yoga is focused on building strength and endurance. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories. Although power yoga is a type of Vinyasa, the emphasis is on the flow from one pose to the next, rather than approaching each pose separately. With power yoga, the emphasis is on the flow from one pose to the next, rather than approaching each pose separately. The poses aren`t disconnected from each other, unlike some other forms of yoga.

WAM (Workout of the Month)

  • Completely versatile, you can join this workout anytime during the month and jump in on the calorie burn

Surge Strong
  • All new class focuses on pure strength training and endurance.
  • 100% Video driven class offers three different stations with kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension training and more.
  • Train your muscles to get in the best shape of your life while you focus on getting stronger!
Required: Must have leveled up to Silver Status to attend this class.

Low Impact Interval Training
Low-intensity interval training, or LIIT, is a gentler approach to interval training. And it offers plenty of worthwhile benefits for people of different fitness levels.

HIIT Boxing
A perfect mix of boxing, cardio and circuit strength training packed into 45 minutes of heart-pounding moves. Learn how to land punches and move safely all while torching calories and getting toned! This class is for all fitness levels! I also sent a pic of the gloves in case for some reason you feel it would be a good addition. ​
